By booking a vehicle with Premier Limo, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all bookings, whether made via phone, email, or online.
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Full payment is typically processed 24 hours prior to the service date. For special events, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
Wait time, extra stops, and parking fees are not included in the base rate unless specified. Wait time charges begin 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
Premier Limo is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
