Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup will be charged the full fare.
Limos, Sprinters & Buses: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
We monitor all commercial flights. If your flight is delayed, you will not be charged for wait time. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
A "No Show" will be charged the full rate of the trip. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call our dispatch office immediately to avoid a no-show charge.
